Is this the right starting point?

Productized services exist because some problems are well-defined enough to fix-price. If your situation matches the left column, we'll get you live in 3 weeks. If it matches the right, we'll route you to a better path.

// THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You're ready to ship one agent

  • You have one well-defined use case (customer support, internal copilot, sales draft assistant, doc Q&A)
  • You can name the business system the agent should integrate with — CRM, Slack, your help-desk, your internal API
  • You have a stakeholder who can review and approve in week 2
  • You're comfortable starting with one agent and scaling later
  • You want a working production system, not a research project
  • Budget for AI is real but lean — under $10K for a first build
// LOOK ELSEWHERE IF

You need more than one agent

  • You need a multi-agent system or several coordinated agents — talk to us about Studios Growth
  • You need an agent indexed against a large knowledge base — start with RAG-in-a-Box instead
  • You haven't yet decided what to build — start with AI Audit & Roadmap
  • You need agent + 3+ system integrations — that's a Studios Growth engagement
  • You need on-prem deployment or strict data sovereignty — let's scope custom
  • You're in healthcare/finance and need a signed BAA or DPA — Compliance Setup first

Six things you get.
No surprises.

Fixed scope means the deliverables are defined before you sign. Here's exactly what shows up in your environment at the end of week 3.

// INCLUDED 01

A custom AI agent on Claude Sonnet 4.6

Single-purpose agent designed for your specific use case. Prompt engineering, tool definitions, guardrails, and response shaping — all tuned to your business context, not a generic template.

// INCLUDED 02

One business system integration

Connected to one system your team already uses — Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Gmail, Notion, or your own API. The agent doesn't live in a separate dashboard.

// INCLUDED 03

Deployed to your environment

Production deployment to your cloud or ours, your domain, your credentials. You own the running system from day one — we don't host or hold it hostage.

// INCLUDED 04

Evaluation rubric and runbook

The accuracy benchmark we agree on in week 1, plus the runbook your team uses to monitor and adjust the agent in production. Both editable; both yours forever.

// INCLUDED 05

Training video for your team

30-45 minute recorded walkthrough showing your team how to operate the agent, monitor its performance, update prompts, and handle edge cases.

// INCLUDED 06

14-day post-launch support

Direct Slack/email access to the engineer who built your agent for two weeks after launch. Bug fixes, tuning adjustments, and quick questions — all covered.

From kickoff to production
in 15 working days.

Every Claude Agent Builder runs on the same proven cadence. Week-by-week milestones, weekly check-ins, no scope drift.

01
// WEEK ONE · DISCOVERY

Eval & architecture

Kickoff call, requirements walkthrough, success criteria. We define the evaluation rubric — how we measure "done" — before writing any code. Architecture blueprint approved.

// END-OF-WEEK OUTPUT
Signed eval rubric + architecture brief
02
// WEEK TWO · BUILD

Working agent demo

Engineering sprint. Agent built against the eval set, integrated with your system, tested against real-world inputs. Friday demo against your stakeholders — feedback incorporated.

// END-OF-WEEK OUTPUT
Live working agent in sandbox environment
03
// WEEK THREE · LAUNCH

Production + handoff

Production deployment, monitoring setup, runbook delivery, team training video recorded. Final eval pass with your team. 14-day support window begins.

// END-OF-WEEK OUTPUT
Agent in production + full handoff package

Six artifacts. All yours.

The concrete files and access you receive at the end of week 3. Yours to operate, modify, and own — no vendor lock-in.

💬

14-day support channel

Direct Slack or email access to the engineer who built your agent. Bug fixes, tuning, and questions answered.

Five inputs to make this land fast.

The reasons a Claude Agent Builder takes three weeks instead of three months are: tight scope, fast feedback loops, and the right inputs on day one. Here's what we need from you.

// 01
A defined use case

One agent solving one problem. We'll help refine during the intake call, but you need a starting hypothesis.

// 02
API access to one system

The business system the agent will integrate with — admin or developer access to test and deploy.

// 03
A project sponsor

One stakeholder with authority to review and approve at the week 1 and week 2 milestones.

// 04
Example inputs & expected outputs

10-30 examples of what your agent should handle, with the response you'd consider "correct" for each.

// 05
Anthropic API access

Your own Anthropic API key (we'll help you set one up if you don't have one). Token costs billed to you directly.

// 06
50% deposit

$3,750 deposit on SOW signature kicks off week 1. Balance due on production handoff at end of week 3.

Things buyers ask
before clicking.

The honest answers to the questions buyers actually ask in the intake call. If yours isn't here, ask us when we talk.

A custom GPT or OpenAI Assistant is a hosted product that runs inside their ecosystem with limited tool access, no real integration to your existing systems, and no eval framework. Claude Agent Builder produces an agent deployed into your environment, integrated with your business system, evaluated against your criteria, and owned by you in code form. If your use case fits inside a custom GPT's limits, you may not need us. If you want production-grade integration, eval, and ownership, this is the lower path.
We build slack into the schedule. If you miss a stakeholder review by 1-2 days, we absorb it. If you need to pause the engagement for more than 5 business days, we pause the clock — no extra fees — and resume when you're ready. If scope grows mid-engagement (you decide you want a second integration, or a new use case), we quote a change order and you decide whether to add to this engagement or scope a new one.
Highly use-case dependent. For most internal copilots and customer support agents at SMB volume (under 10,000 interactions/month), you'll typically see $50 to $400/month in Claude API costs. High-volume consumer-facing agents can run $500-$5,000/month. We model expected costs during week 1 based on your specific use case and projected traffic, and we build cost dashboards so you can monitor in real time. You pay Anthropic directly using your own API key — we never mark up token costs.
Almost certainly yes if it has a public REST or GraphQL API. Common integrations we've shipped at this tier: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Intercom, Gmail, Outlook, Notion, Google Drive, Airtable, Linear, Asana, Jira, GitHub, Stripe, and many internal/custom APIs. For systems without modern APIs (some legacy ERPs, older SaaS tools), we'll tell you during the intake call whether it's feasible at this tier or whether it needs a custom Studios Growth scope.
Three reasons we default to Claude for agent work: (1) Claude's tool-use quality is consistently the strongest in production benchmarks we run; (2) Anthropic's enterprise API terms include strong "no training on your data" commitments by default; (3) Claude's instruction following at long context is notably better than alternatives, which matters when your agent has many tools or guardrails. Where Claude isn't the right choice for your use case (cost-sensitive high-volume consumer cases sometimes favor GPT; sovereignty cases favor open-source on your infra), we'll tell you during intake and route to Studios Growth where we have more model flexibility.
Three paths. (1) Your team operates it using the runbook and training video — many SMB clients do exactly this. (2) Pay-as-you-go: hourly support at $250/hr when you need it, no minimum. (3) Studios Retainer ($5K-$25K/month, 6-12 month minimum) if you want ongoing optimization, new features, or a dedicated engineer on standby. About 30% of Claude Agent Builder clients convert to retainer within 90 days of launch.
You own the custom code, custom prompts, and project-specific configurations developed for you — assigned to you on full payment. We retain ownership of our methodologies and reusable prompt-library patterns (our "Background IP"), but those are licensed to you perpetually as embedded in your deliverables. If you want to take the project to another vendor or your internal team six months from now, the repo is yours and there's no lock-in. Full IP terms in our Terms of Service §8.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once we start week 1 work. If we materially fail to deliver against the eval rubric we agreed on in week 1, we'll work to fix it under our limited services warranty (re-perform or correct) — that's covered in the Terms §11. If you terminate without cause mid-engagement, you owe for work performed through termination. We're confident enough in fixed-scope productized work that we publish prices and timelines on the website — the warranty terms reflect that confidence.
